Hey, I'm Riz. Founder of Dirty Little Systems®. Certified DOO. The person your backend has been waiting for.

I lead with intuition. I pick up things in your business you've probably stopped seeing — or started avoiding — and then I build around what I find. The strategy, the systems, the execution. All of it shaped around how you're actually wired to work, not some template.

Since 2019, I've worked with 60+ founders at the Director of Operations level. That distinction matters. I'm not taking tasks off your plate — I'm owning the operations so you can stop carrying them. I learn your business, your team, your workflows, and I move. You don't have to explain the backstory every time something comes up.

Some days I'm mapping strategy. Other days I'm deep in Asana automations or rebuilding a client's onboarding from the ground up. Most days, I'm working with founders who just need someone to get it — and get it done.
