Rizpah Estelle

Hey, I'm Riz. Founder of Dirty Little Systems®. Certified DOO. The person who actually gets sh*t done in your business.

Since 2019, I've worked with 60+ founders, going from backend chaos to actual clarity. And I don't mean handing over an SOP template and calling it a day. I mean getting in it with you. Learning how you think, how you work, what's been living in your head for way too long, and then building the systems that actually fit.

I lead with intuition. I pick up on things in your business you've probably stopped seeing (or are avoiding), and then I build around it. The strategy, the systems, the execution. All of it is shaped around how you're actually wired to work, not how someone else thinks you should work.

Some days I'm mapping out strategy. Other days, I'm deep in Asana automations. Most days, I'm working with founders who just need someone to get it and get it done.
