Sha'Ran Studios (formerly Dance~by Sha'Ran) is a community-centered dance and wellness studio with a mission to offer high-quality movement experiences at affordable prices.
But as the studio grew, Sha'Ran found herself drowning in the backend demands of running a business. She was overbooked, undercharging for her services, and operating without a clear strategy to support sustainable growth.
